The meeting opens with 5 minutes of engaging hold music, including jokes, fun facts (“Did you hear about this?”), and interactive funny trivia to entertain participants while they join.
The host delivers the opening announcement, outlining the meeting’s focus: exploring strategies to place the initiative on the ballot, understanding the qualification process, organizing resources, sharing information, and networking. A brief recap highlights key accomplishments, goals met, and state-level progress. The central goal is emphasized, including the precise number of signatures needed and other requirements for success.
Staff introductions (2 minutes) cover the host and other board members. New Zoom attendees are welcomed (5-10 minutes), with each sharing how they found the group, their motivations, and their location.
The agenda includes updates on any recent news (statewide and local), a segment on “Breaking the Narrative” analyzing a news article that exposes misleading claims by YIMBY advocates, and a 10-minute ONV update covering the latest developments.
Remaining time is reserved for general questions and open discussion.

You will be able to use the same link that is sent to you every week. Please do not share your link, as it is registered to you. If someone else uses it, they will login under your name, or remove their login from their zoom account on their device.

There is a link on the bottom of the email that will login you into the Zoom meeting.
